Fire Training

First Response Fire Training currently offer 4 levels of non-accredited Fire Training to businesses,  and one accredited fire course.

Non-Accredited Training

General Occupancy Evaciation instruction

This training offers a 45 – 50 minute theory presentation discussing the responsibilities under the fire and rescue services act, smoke travel, smoke inhalation, classes of fire and the correct extinguisher for each class etc.

Fire Safety Awareness and Extinguisher Handling

This training offers the same as General Occupancy Fire Safety Awareness training with an extra 1/2 hour of practical session. Your staff has a an opportunity at extinguishing a live fire! They learn by doing.

Emergency Control Organisation (Warden)

Emergency Control Organisation Training (ECO) focuses specifically on incident management and the responsibilities of the Wardens and their Deputies.
